At ZAAROZ, we respect your privacy and provide users with a way to request the deletion of their personal information.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you have used ZAAROZ or signed in using Facebook Login and would like your personal data to be deleted, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Use the subject line: User Data Deletion Request – ZAAROZ.
3. Include your name and the email address or phone number associated with your ZAAROZ account.
4. Clearly state that you want your personal data and, if applicable, your account deleted.
5. Our team will review your request and may contact you to verify your identity.
Please do not send your password or other sensitive login credentials.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
After receiving your request, our team will review it and take appropriate steps to delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, where applicable.
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is required, we will communicate with you where appropriate.
Some information may need to be retained where required by applicable law, for legitimate security purposes, or to resolve outstanding transactions and disputes.
What Data Can Be Deleted?
Depending on the services you have used, you may request deletion of personal information associated with your account, such as:
- Account and profile information.
- Contact information associated with your account.
- Other personal information associated with your use of ZAAROZ, where applicable.
Information that must be retained for legal or regulatory reasons may not be deleted immediately.
Facebook Login Users
If you used Facebook Login to access ZAAROZ, you can contact us using the email address above to request deletion of personal data associated with your Facebook Login and ZAAROZ account.
Removing ZAAROZ from your Facebook account's connected apps does not necessarily delete data already stored by ZAAROZ. Please submit a separate deletion request to us to request deletion of that data.
